Korloy’s XOMT inserts are suitable for use with the King Drill U-Drill system and are used on the inner pocket. These come in a PC5300 grade forThese come in a PC5335 grade for stainless steel machining, which provides excellent performace and stability whilst significantly reducing built-up edge and tool breakages. The inner pocket insert is specially designed to centralise the drill and reduce cutting load up to 50% on first contact with the workpiece. This ensures much higher accuracy compared to other indexable drills, better surface finish and higher reliability.
